June 30th, 2022: Specialised Container Services unveil the re-establishment of their Christchurch facility
1-Stop Connections (1-Stop) is excited to announce that our partnership with Pinnacle Corporation has been further reaffirmed with the implementation of the 1-Stop Vehicle Booking System (VBS) to take place at their re-established Specialised Container Services (SCS), Christchurch facility.
The re-established SCS Christchurch facility will be located at Kennaway Road, Woolston, Christchurch and will be open for operation from Friday, 15 July 2022.
The facility will be made up of two adjoining sites that have a combined storage capacity of approximately 4500 TEU. Working closely with NZE, the SCS Christchurch facility is a welcomed addition to be back supporting the Canterbury region and providing its customers with an all-encompassing container service.

From Friday, 15 July 2022, all container movements at SCS Christchurch will require a timeslot booking made via the 1-Stop VBS. Timeslot bookings will open at 9 am (NZDT), Tuesday, 12 July 2022, with a further notification sent to carriers via the 1-Stop VBS once timeslot bookings can be confirmed.
Transport Operators are required to add the new facility to their 1-Stop account, as well as read and accept the Terms and Conditions prior to gaining access to SCS Christchurch.

Carriers will have the opportunity to join 1-Stop’s webinar training session on Thursday, 7 July 2022 at 2:30 pm NZDT. The webinar will include a demonstration of the 1-Stop VBS and answers to any registration questions.
