1-Stop TABS: from a user perspective

Terminal Appointment Bookings System (TABS) was implemented over 3 years ago in the two international terminals in Manila. Since implementation the terminals have increased TEU throughput by up to 55%, without any extra equipment or labour.

We wanted to see how TABS have impacted the users outside the terminal. We sat down with the users of TABS – a Broker, Haulier, Depot Manager and a Freight Forwarder to see the positive impact that has been seen across the board.
