We operate a mobile application known as the OneStop Deliver App (OneStop Deliver). The OneStop Deliver App can be used by anyone but it is designed for use by truck drivers and other logistics personnel that are employed or engaged (you) by or on behalf of an organisation that has subscribed to our Vehicle Booking System (Customer), where that Customer has authorised you to use the OneStop Deliver App as part of its management of shipping container pickup and delivery jobs that are allocated to you by the Customer. The purposes for which we collect your personal information
We will collect personal information about you in order to (among other things) operate the OneStop Deliver App, to enforce our legal rights and comply with our legal obligations. For the purposes of the Delivery App, we will collect that personal information in the following ways:
- when you register an end user account on the OneStop Deliver App;
- when you contact us for technical support and assistance with your account on the OneStop Deliver App; and
- when you use the OneStop Deliver App.
We need the information in order to (a) operate and grow our business, provide, administer and optimise the OneStop Deliver App, and to enable us to operate our IT systems and networks, manage our hosting environments and ensure the successful delivery of our products and services to Customers; (b) to identify you; and (c) to enforce our legal rights and for the other reasons set out in our Privacy Policy.
Consequences of not providing the personal information
You cannot use the OneStop Deliver App on an anonymous basis. If you disable location services on your mobile device the functionality of the OneStop Deliver App that relies on the tracking of your location will not be available to you. You have the option of not identifying yourself or using a pseudonym when you contact us to enquire about our products and services or when you otherwise wish to browse our website.
Other entities, bodies or persons to which the personal information is usually disclosed
We will disclose your personal information to our Customers and their personnel that require it via our software products and services that are used to manage the global freight and logistics community (OneStop Platforms); to our legal, accounting or financial advisers, insurers and debt collectors and otherwise as required to enforce our legal rights or comply with applicable law and for the other reasons set out in our Privacy Policy.
Accessing and correcting your personal information
You can access and apply to correct the personal information that we hold about you. Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access the personal information that we hold about you and seek the correction of such information.
Complaints
Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may complain about a breach of privacy law and how we will deal with such a complaint.
Disclosure of personal information to overseas recipients
Provided that we comply with applicable law, we may transfer your personal information to our contractors and service providers who assist us with the operation of the OneStop Deliver App and the OneStop Platforms, and to assist us with the operation of our business generally, where we consider it necessary for them to provide that assistance. At present we transfer your personal information to our interstate contractors and service providers within Australia. We do not currently use offshore contractors or service providers.
