Why is pricing changing?
The RBA is introducing new regulations from 1 October 2026 that change how businesses recover the costs of accepting merchant card payments.
Following a review of our pricing, we have made an adjustment to our ComPay fees to reflect these changes, and to ensure we continue to provide a reliable and efficient payment solution.
The storage payment fee change represents the first change to the fee since 2024.
One Stop will cease to charge credit cards fees on transactions from 30 September 2026, in line with the new regulations.
From 15 October 2026, we will also be updating the ComPay Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). These changes will not affect the way that you currently use ComPay. You can read the updated PDS in full at https://www.1-stop.biz/compay-product-disclosure-statement/.
