Upgrades to 1-Stop Invoicing Platform

Over the last several months we have been working with our customers to improve our invoicing services, and we are pleased to announce an exciting new feature to help manage and process payments.

In addition to the existing payment options available in 1-Stop’s Invoicing platform, 1-Stop users can now link their VBS and ComPay accounts to allow them to view outstanding invoices across multiple billers, automatically offset credits, and select and process payments for multiple invoices all in the one location.

For users already using ComPay, all you need to do is update your payment type in 1-Stop Invoicing for your VBS account and authenticate your ComPay user details to immediately start saving both time and money while reducing risk of errors or delays.

If you’re not yet using ComPay, register now to unlock the full range of benefits of a payment solution tailored to the needs of the port community and transport industry;

  • Immediate payment notification to payable parties at processing,
  • Next day settlement for debit payments from authorization,
  • Elimination of third-party handling, banking fees, and manual processing charges, and,
  • Easy reconciliation and management of payments, users and authorizations.
