Over the past few years, we have been on a journey of continuous improvement, focusing on connecting the supply chain and ensuring a smoother, more efficient medium mile.
Starting this September, we are excited to introduce several new customer service standards and updates designed to enhance the overall OneStop experience.
What’s New?
- Help Centre: A revamped, easy-to-navigate repository of self-help guides and articles to resolve common queries quickly and independently. Product upgrade notifications will also be available here.
- Ticket Portal: A new customer portal where you can submit and manage tickets, track their status, and find helpful articles from our Help Centre.
- MSIC Appointment System: For our MSIC customers, we are introducing an online booking system for scheduling call-backs at your convenience, ensuring you receive timely and efficient support.
