Wednesday, 29 October 2025: OneStop and Lyttelton Port Company Strengthen Partnership to Advance Digital Operations in New Zealand

OneStop and Lyttelton Port Company (LPC) are expanding their strategic partnership with the rollout of OneStop Modal and an enhanced Vehicle Booking System (VBS) across LPC’s City Depot and Midland Port operations, scheduled to go live on 3rd November 2025.

This rollout marks a significant step in the digital transformation of LPC’s depot operations. By integrating advanced technology into daily workflows, OneStop Modal and the enhanced VBS will continue to deliver greater transparency, streamline communication, and improve operational efficiency, supporting the demands of today’s logistics industry.

Simon Munt, Chief Customer and Supply Chain Officer, Lyttelton Port Company, said, “This upgrade represents a step forward in LPC’s digital capabilities.   The implementation of OneStop Modal and the enhanced VBS will provide our customers with real-time visibility over stock and container movements, supporting faster decision-making and smoother logistics. Automated systems will replace manual, paper-based processes, increasing speed, accuracy, and sustainability, while our teams benefit from integrated updates that keep them informed and agile. Mobile app integrations will also improve safety and responsiveness across our facilities, helping us meet growing customer demand and ensure consistency across the New Zealand market.”

Chris Harnett, Chief Commercial Officer, OneStop, said, “We’re proud to expand our partnership with LPC to deliver smarter, data driven solutions that enhance customer experience. The rollout of OneStop Modal reflects our shared commitment to improving transparency, reliability, and efficiency across the supply chain. Together, we’re building the digital foundations for a more connected and sustainable logistics ecosystem in New Zealand.”

The rollout of OneStop Modal reinforces LPC and OneStop’s joint commitment to driving innovation, collaboration, and customer-focused service delivery across New Zealand’s logistics industry.
