Tuesday, October 1, 2024: Important Update to Our ComPay Fees

At OneStop, we remain committed to providing exceptional value and service to our valued customers. To ensure we can continue to invest in innovation and maintain the highest level of service and security, we are adjusting our ComPay pricing model, effective Friday, November 1, 2024.

New Pricing Structure:

  • A variable rate of 0.48% + GST will apply to all invoices paid through ComPay.
  • Storage invoices will continue to incur only the flat fee of $2.99 + GST.
  • The credit card processing fee will be reduced to 1.62% + GST for Visa and Mastercard transactions. Additionally, Diners transactions will be reduced to 2.66% +GST.

Why the Change?
This new model offers greater flexibility and fairness, aligning our pricing with industry standards and ensuring we can continue to support your business’s evolving needs.  The variable rate allows us to provide a more tailored pricing structure based on transaction volume, while the reduced credit card fee offers more cost-effective payment options.

What This Means for You:

  • Effective Date: The new rates will be applied automatically starting November 1st, 2024.
  • Invoice Types: You will only be charged the flat fee for storage invoices. All other invoices will be subject to the new variable rate.
  • Credit Card Payments: Enjoy a reduced processing fee of 1.62% + GST on all Visa and Mastercard credit card transactions. Additionally, Diners transactions will be reduced to 2.66% +GST.
  • Examples, for invoices totalling $500:
    • Paid via direct debit through ComPay, the new fee would be approximately $2.64 incl GST (0.48% of $500 + GST)
    • Paid with Visa or Mastercard through ComPay, the new fee would be approximately $11.60 incl GST (0.48% of $500 + 1.62% credit card processing fee + GST)
    • Paid with Diners through ComPay, the new fee would be approximately $17.35 incl GST (0.48% of $500 + 2.66% credit card processing fee + GST)
