Tuesday, May 7, 2024: Notice of Changes to ComTrac Subscription Tier Names Effective 29 May 2024

Dear Valued Customers,

We’re reaching out to inform you of some upcoming changes to our ComTrac subscription tiering system that will impact your experience with the product. We wanted to assure you that these adjustments will not affect your current subscription rates.

In our ongoing efforts to improve user experience and coherence across all our subscription product offerings, we have decided to refine our names of our ComTrac subscription tiers. This decision aims to ensure clearer communication and a more structured approach to our product offerings.

Here’s a quick overview of the upcoming changes, effective Wednesday, 29 May 2024:

  • ComTrac Standard will be renamed to ComTrac Silver.
  • ComTrac Premium will be renamed to ComTrac Gold.
  • ComTrac Platinum will remain unchanged.
  • ComTrac Custom will be renamed to ComTrac Enterprise.

It is important to note that while the names may be changing, the features and benefits associated with each tier will remain the same. For reference, here is a summary of the usage allowance for each tier:

  • ComTrac Silver: Up to 10,000 alerts and/or notifications per annum.
  • ComTrac Gold: Up to 30,000 alerts and/or notifications per annum.
  • ComTrac Platinum: Up to 50,000 alerts and/or notifications per annum.
  • ComTrac Enterprise: Designed for companies exceeding 50,001 alerts and/or notifications per annum.
