OneStop has been working on migrating all of the functions of Gateway Version 1.0 (which is accessed via http://gw.1-stop.biz/) to our new Gateway Version 3.0 platform.
From Thursday, 3 November 2022, our Gateway Version 1.0 will no longer be available or accessible to users.
We recommend for users update any bookmarks they have saved pointing to the old Gateway 1.0 Version. You can find a consolidated list of reference points below of how users can continue to access the below Gateway 1.0 functionality:
For all customers using our PRA, Vessel Search, Container Search and Customs Status functionality, it is business as usual and you will be able to continue to use this functionality via our Gateway 2.0 platform.
This is a friendly reminder to all OneStop Gateway users that as per our terms and conditions individual users are to keep their log-in details private and confidential and must not share their log-in details with any other person.
Your Gateway subscription tiers indicate how many active users you can have under your account, with each user only being able to login to one device at any given time:
- Standard: Up to 4 Users
- Silver: Up to 9 Users
- Gold: Up to 14 Users
- Premium: Up to 40 Users
- Platinum: Unlimited Users
Should you require access to more users on your account, you will need to reach out to our sales team to arrange to upgrade to a higher tier.
OneStop Gateway Admin Users have the ability to view and manage their active user lists at any time via the self-service portal. Please refer to our Self-Service User Guide for a step-by-step guide on how to view and manage your registered users.
