June 14th, 2022: 1-Stop and ContainerCo reaffirm partnership with the implementation of 1-Stop’s operating system at Tauranga Container Park

1-Stop Connections (1-Stop) today announces that our growing partnership with ContainerCo has been further strengthened with the addition of their ninth facility Tauranga Container Park (TCP), implementing the 1-Stop operating system.

ContainerCo’s TCP facility is made up of three depots that contributes to approximately 450 container movements per day to ContainerCo’s total container volume.

Over the last twelve months, ContainerCo has structurally repaired and upgraded over 115,608 TEU, over approximately 79,000 repair man-hours. The upcoming implementation of the 1-Stop operating system provides ContainerCo’s TCP facility with new technology and automation that will see them save well over 130 reams of paper per year – this is equivalent to 65,000 sheets of A4 paper!

The implementation of the 1-Stop Depot Operating System (1-Stop Modal) and the 1-Stop Vehicle Booking System (VBS) at TCP will take place on Monday, 4 July 2022.

Transport Operators will gain improved efficiencies when visiting the TCP facility through the ability to plan, book, and access their pick-up and drop-off requirements via the 1-Stop interconnected platform.

From Monday, 4 July 2022, all container movements at TCP will require a timeslot booking made via the 1-Stop VBS. Timeslot bookings will open at 9 am (NZDT), Friday, 1 July 2022, with a further notification being sent to carriers via the 1-Stop VBS once timeslot bookings can be confirmed.

To add the new TCP facility, Transport Operators will need to log into the 1-Stop VBS and then go to the “My Account” menu, then to “Subsidiary”, and then to “Add Facility”.

Any Transport Operators who have not used the 1-Stops VBS previously will need to register via the following link: https://www.1-stop.biz/signup2/vbs.

1-Stop will host two webinar sessions for carriers, including a demonstration of the 1-Stop VBS and answers to any registration questions.
