Monday, June 1, 2026: Notice of Upcoming Changes to MSIC & Access Card Charges
Dear Valued Customers,
Please be advised of an update to the OneStop pricing for the Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) and Access Card products, effective 1 July 2026.
Due to the Australian Federal Government updating the AusCheck charges levied on MSIC issuing bodies, including OneStop, by almost 200%, effective 1 July 2026, OneStop has been left with no option but to increase its MSIC and Access Card pricing.
AusCheck is the Commonwealth agency responsible for providing background checks for critical infrastructure workers in Australia and for all MSIC applicants. A significant component of the total cost of each card issued across the industry relates to the AusCheck charges and regulatory, compliance and operational processes mandated by AusCheck.
We acknowledge that the pricing increases are significant and have worked carefully to ensure the revised pricing remains reflective of the on-going cost and investment required to deliver this critical MSIC service. OneStop MSIC and Access Card pricing, effective 1 July 2026, is as follows:
