Thank you for your continued trust and support in OneStop ComTrac. Your continued support drives our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions tailored to your operational needs.
Starting January 1st, 2026, the new prices for OneStop ComTrac according to your tier level will be as follows:
- Silver Tier (up to 10,000 notifications) – $5,469
- Gold Tier (up to 30,000 notifications) – $10,459
- Platinum Tier (up to 50,000 notifications) – $14,069
- Enterprise Tier 1 (up to 70,000 notifications) – $16,399
- Enterprise Tier 2 (up to 150,000 notifications) – $19,259
- Enterprise Tier 3 (up to 350,000 notifications) – $28,709
- Enterprise Tier 4 (up to 2,000,000 notifications) – $31,829
- Enterprise Tier 5 (unlimited notifications) – available on application
*All pricing quoted is per annum, excludes GST and will take effect from the renewal date of your subscription.
This pricing adjustment aligns with standard inflationary trends and reflects the increasing costs of delivering and maintaining high-quality services. It also enables us to maintain exceptional service levels while continuing to strategically invest in enhancements to our data product strategy, ensuring greater value, functionality, and long-term benefits for your business.
For customers on manual billing, this is a friendly reminder that a $350 + GST processing fee will apply. To avoid this additional fee, we encourage you to switch to direct debit or credit card payments by completing the DDR form. Simply return the form to our sales team at [email protected] prior to your next billing date.
