Monday, October 24th 2022: Notice of changes to MSIC Phone Support Operational Hours
This notice is to advise that OneStop is making adjustments to our phone support servicing times for our MSIC customers.
From Monday 1 November 2022, our OneStop MSIC team will be available to service MSIC customers via phone on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
The OneStop MSIC team will still be available for you to contact via email from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
High attention to detail is required when assisting our MSIC customers, we recommend that MSIC customers correspond with us via email to ensure all details are correct and can be processed efficiently.
