Meet the Team – Andrea Craig
Andrea Craig started at 1-Stop Connections in the first quarter of 2021 as the on-the-ground Account Manager for New Zealand. She brings 25 years of Shipping Container Supply Chain experience to the business, comprising of entry-level to a management role within Shipping Lines and Ports.
During her career, Andrea also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management part-time, all while managing the container fleet for the CMA CGM Group was no mean feat. This determination and industry experience will be invaluable for customers, transport operators, and shipping lines that use the 1-Stop Platform as it enables her to engage her problem-solving skills while considering industry challenges.
Andrea says, “Having a singular platform for the transport industry to work from assists with the container flow in and out of container parks by creating a visible layer that was previously not available. As an industry, I see the continued improvement around data automation – streamlining information removes the human error factor and delays that occur when data is manually entered. We must keep creating products that automate processes to ensure freight keeps moving.”
In Andrea’s spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, the gym, watching live sport at Eden Park, and catching up with friends over good food or a couple of cheeky pints. ( AKA schooner for our Aussie friends 😊)
