Friday, December 1st 2023: Notice of OneStop Gateway Subscription Prices for 2024
As part of our commitment to delivering the highest quality products and maintaining the standards you’ve come to expect, we want to inform you of our upcoming adjustment to our Gateway tiers and pricing structure.
In an effort to reduce the amount of product tiers and aligned to our customers usage beginning January 1st, 2024, we will decommission the Standard Gateway tier and will only be offering subscriptions for Silver, Gold, Premium and Platinum.
What does this mean for existing Standard Tier Gateway customers?
We are in the process of automatically moving any remaining standard tier customers to our Silver tier, offering and increasing the user count to 9 per organisation. This change will take effect immediately, and your pricing will adjust from your next subscription renewal date.
These decisions were made after careful consideration, reflecting both the current usage of the standard tier as well as our dedication to providing you with exceptional value and service.
Our aim is to provide you with a more conneted and visible supply chain. As part of this we are also excited to share that as Onestop expands our footprint in the Australian Container Depot market, we will be enhancing visibility of your container events to include container dehire and collection events. This will be a staggered approach as these facilities come online with the OneStop platform.
All active facilities included in the container events are already showing in the container search screen as well.
Other factors such as increased operating costs for security requirements and inflationary pressures have also contributed to this adjustment.
We understand that any change in pricing can be a concern, and we want to emphasise our continued commitment to delivering the best possible products to meet our customers’ needs.
To minimise any disruption, we wanted to give you advance notice of these changes. The new prices will take effect starting January 1st, 2024, our 2024 OneStop Gateway pricing according to your tier level will be as per below:
- Silver Tier (up to 9 users) – $4,450
- Gold Tier (up to 14 users) – $5,600
- Premium Tier (up to 40 users) – $8,650
- Platinum Tier (unlimited users) – $9,400
*All pricing quoted is per annum, excludes GST and will take effect from the renewal date of your subscription.
As a reminder for customers using our manual billing payment option, we have a processing fee of $350 +GST. Customers can avoid this fee by moving over to either direct debit or credit card by downloading and completing the DDR form. Please return the completed form to our sales team at sales@1-stop.biz.
