Friday, December 1st 2023: Notice of OneStop ComTrac Subscription Prices for 2024
As part of our commitment to delivering the highest quality products and maintaining the standards you’ve come to expect, we want to inform you of our upcoming adjustment to our pricing structure. Beginning January 1st, 2024, there will be a slight increase in the prices of our OneStop ComTrac product.
This decision was made after careful consideration, reflecting our dedication to providing you with exceptional value and service. Factors such as increased operating costs for security requirements and inflationary pressures have contributed to this adjustment.
We understand that any change in pricing can be a concern, and we want to emphasise our continued commitment to delivering the best possible products to meet our customers’ needs. Despite this adjustment, we believe that our products continue to offer excellent value in the marketplace.
To minimise any disruption, we wanted to give you advance notice of these changes. The new prices will take effect starting January 1st, 2024, our 2024 OneStop ComTrac pricing according to your tier level will be as per below:
- Standard Tier (up to 10,000 alerts) – $5,150
- Premium Tier (up to 30,000 alerts) – $9,850
- Platinum Tier (up to 50,000 alerts) – $13,250
*All pricing quoted is per annum, excludes GST and will take effect from the renewal date of your subscription.
As a reminder for customers using our manual billing payment option, we have a processing fee of $350 +GST. Customers can avoid this fee by moving over to either direct debit or credit card by downloading and completing the DDR form. Please return the completed form to our sales team at sales@1-stop.biz.
