I wanted to address the message disruption that occurred this week.
I understand this disruption caused considerable delay’s and frustration to your daily operations and our team worked tirelessly around the clock to rectify the situation.
You may have noticed we have had an increase in software upgrades over the last few months and I am sure you are all asking why.
Technology is moving at a rapid pace and with this 1-Stop is ensuring the technology which underpins the port community remains at the highest of standards.
Over the last 2 years we’ve been going through a full digital transformation, which is approximately 70% complete. The digital transformation includes upgrading our architecture, hardware and software applications.
To ensure you continue to trust our reliability we are continuously reviewing our processes and program in place to keep you moving freight across the globe in the most efficient and productive way.
Given the unparalleled standards we set ourselves, 1-Stop will continue to be diligent in minimising the impact as we continue our transformation.
