A community message from our CEO: COVID-19

In light of the recent outbreak of COVID-19 I wanted to reach out to our community during this challenging and uncertain time.

The wellbeing of our team, customers and the broader community is our top priority. All 1-Stop team members are now operating under a remote working schedule with our business continuing as usual.

As a global cloud-based SaaS company, our infrastructure and operating partners, and services will not be impacted and are also continuing as business as usual.

The Community we service around Australia, New Zealand, The Philippines and Peru all continue to operate moving goods, medical equipment and food around the country and globe to ensure we all have access to what we need in the most efficient and productive way.

We will waive the transaction fee for all new businesses that register with ComPay

As we move to the new normal of corporate and social distancing, I am waiving the ComPay transaction fee for businesses who sign up to ComPay in April. All invoices that are processed through our payment platform between 1 April and 15 May will receive the transaction fee back in their bank account. ^
