1-Stop Team Building Event 2019

Last month marked a “much anticipated” event in the 1-Stop calendar – the annual team building event.

Following 12 intense months of driving innovation for the port community, the 1-Stop team stepped away from the computers for a day of puzzles, challenges and laughter.

What surprised us was there was no technology involved. Yet, everyone was in their ‘element’, solving puzzles and building things.

The highlight of the day – the team was split into 14 groups, tasked with building bicycles. Each bicycle was then tested by the event coordinators before being donated to charity, to share the joy of Christmas with 14 deserving children.

Team building events such as this are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the culture at 1-Stop and how our people are rewarded for their hard work, commitment and contribution to the company’s success.
