1-Stop Software Upgrades: Saturday 2nd June
On Saturday 2nd June from 6pm – 10pm, we will be conducting a range of software upgrades.
During this time, we will have an outage. However, it will only affect a few of our services.
This change will be completely transparent to all our customers, however we do ask the below during this outage period.
Train Consist customers – any messages you create during the outage may not be sent to the terminal. Please ensure you send all your messages prior to 6pm or after 10pm on Saturday.
Customers accessing the Vessel schedules – the Vessel schedule will not be updated on Saturday from 6pm – 10pm. As soon as the upgrade is complete, we will update the vessel schedules received during this time.
