1-Stop – Scheduled Maintenance Notice – Messaging Upgrade

1-Stop will be conducting software maintenance across our Messaging Services on  Saturday 24 October at 10 pm  until 2 am (AEDT) on Sunday 25 October.

During this maintenance window, all messaging services will be unavailable including PRA, EIDO, Container Messages, Custom Messages, Rail Tagging and Release, Train Consist, Vessel Schedule, Load List, Bayplan, Dangerous Goods, and the PPA Hub. Messages and updates to vessel schedules, bayplan, etc will not be sent during this time will sit idle. At the conclusion of the maintenance period, all messages and updates in the queue will be sent.

During this time the VBS will be accessible however bookings and manifesting will not be available. Please ensure you have made any bookings and/or manifest prior to 10 pm, otherwise, you will be able to book as normal from 2 am on Sunday 25 October.
