1-Stop Modal Software Upgrade

As 1-Stop Modal continues to evolve to maximise user experience, we are conducting a software upgrade on Saturday 7 March.

1-Stop has improved the way carriers make Vehicle Booking System (VBS) to the empty park, it will be the same look and feel as when you make a booking to the terminal. This will help you to streamline your workflow so you can stay within the same screen to complete your work. This also lets you update and list the booking all within the 1-Stop VBS.

To have the booking confirmed by the park you will need to the ‘Container No’ into the Container No field. Once you click ‘enter’, the ISO code, Owner and Full/Empty status will automatically be filled based on the information provided from the Shipping Lines and Park.

For redirections, you will now need an ‘Acceptance Number’. The acceptance number can be found in the VBS notification from the park or please contact the park to obtain the number.

The software upgrade will take place on Saturday 7 March from 9:00am – 1:00pm (AEDT)

Transport operators will be unable to create, edit or cancel bookings for CargoLink during this time.

Please ensure you read through the user guides prior to making your first booking after the release upgrade. The user guide can be found here: https://www.1-stop.biz/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/1-Stop-Modal-How-to-make-a-Drop-off-Booking-De-Hire-Empty-1.pdf.

We thank you for your patience.
