1- Stop have created two services tailored specifically for shipping lines:
Booking validation
This service for shipping lines pre-validates the Pre Receival Advice (PRA) including validation of the Customs Authority Number (CAN) against the shipping line booking list provided to 1-Stop electronically. The PRA will be rejected if information does not match data on booking list and message sent back to exporter.
Booking reconciliation
We offer an additional service to shipping lines using the 1-Stop validation service, whereby the number of export containers packed and in community (PRA) and then received into a terminal can be reconciled against the total number of containers contained in the booking list provided to 1-Stop.
