You don't really need to call the helpdesk

No more calls to the helpdesk

 

 

You may be familiar with this scenario: you're on our website, and something is up.  You need some help but don't want to call because it can be a pain to pick up the phone.  Or you don't want to wait in the queue.

 

Does that sound familiar?

 

Well now you won't need to call us to get help.  You can just log a support ticket on our website and our team will respond via the website.

 

 

Here's how it works in 3 easy steps:

 

1. Navigate to the Support area: When you log in, just click on "My Account" and click on "Support".

2.  Click "Create a new ticket"

3.  Complete the form: Fill in the information and hit "Create".

Easy!

 

You'll get an email confirmation of the ticket, and an email each time the ticket is updated too.  To add a comment to your ticket, just go to Step 1 and find your ticket.
