The 1-Stop web service, available at www.1-stop.biz, is an online information service that provides a number of reporting and visibility applications specific to the Australian Freight and Logistics community.

All subscribers to the 1-Stop Website have access to the following services:

Schedule Visibility

The 1-Stop vessel schedule provide an accurate and up to the minute electronic view of vessel arrivals, departures, cargo cut off, availability and import storage start times for all of the Patrick, DP World and AAT operated terminals around Australia. In addition information is available for vessels arriving to and from the Ports of Auckland.

Container Visibility

For any container entering or leaving Australia through a Patrick or DP World operated terminal, 1-Stop can provide accurate up to the minute information on what vessel it is on, when it is due and at what terminal. You can also know the exact date/tme your container has been loaded, discharged, gate in or gate out of terminal.

1-Stop also receive onboard vessel information in advance to vessel arrival. This provides valuable details for transhipped containers especially when the second vessel in unknown to you.

Notification & Alerts Service

This proactive facility allows you to setup notifications and alerts relating to container/s and
vessel . Once the event occurs 1-Stop will automatically send a notification to you by email or SMS message to your mobile phone. If the event does not occur on the date/time you specify 1-Stop will send you an alert message.

Electronic Pre Receival Advice (PRA)

1-Stop provides an electronic web based application for the lodgment of export Pre Receival Advices. Simple, easy to use and for a low cost, this facility is an excellent alternative for companies that do not have the software required to send this information electronically.

PRA Status

You can quickly check the latest status of a reported PRA simply by entering your container/s. A display will show container as either being accepted, pending or rejected.

Customs Status

Unsure of whether a container has been Customs cleared? This service provided by 1-Stop displays the current status of an import container as provided by the Australian Customs Service.

How much does it cost?

The annual 2008 subscription fee is $780 plus gst and is valid for a 12 month period.
