| Level 1 - Customer Service Representative |
• The Level 1 Customer Service team is responsible for providing a 24x7 customer service environment for our web and EDI applications servicing to a large number of Customers in the freight and logistics industry.
• Representatives of this team provide phone and email application support and act as a first point of contact for existing and prospective customers making general enquiries, and escalating issues to Level 2 Application Support where required.

| Level 2 - Application Support |
• The Level 2 Applications Support team is responsible for the support of 1-Stop applications and to work closely with the Customers Service Representatives to resolve issues and perform customer engagements.
• Representatives of this team will manage the 1-Stop application suite regarding priorities and importance of issues identified and will be responsible for managing the resolution to these issues.
