The following positions are available at 1-Stop:

Role  Main Responsibilities
Level 1 - Customer Service Representative

 • The Level 1 Customer Service team is responsible for providing a 24x7 customer service environment for our web and EDI applications servicing to a large number of Customers in the freight and logistics industry.

• Representatives of this team provide phone and email application support and act as a first point of contact for existing and prospective customers making general enquiries, and escalating issues to Level 2 Application Support where required.

 

Level 2 - Application Support

• The Level 2 Applications Support team is responsible for the support of 1-Stop applications and to work closely with the Customers Service Representatives to resolve issues and perform customer engagements.

• Representatives of this team will manage the 1-Stop application suite regarding priorities and importance of issues identified and will be responsible for managing the resolution to these issues.

 

Level 3 - Developer

• The Level 3 Development Team is to provide development support to create, maintain and enhanced the 1-Stop services.

• Representatives of this team will work closely with the Level 2 Application Support team to develop and enhance new and existing services. You will provide advice on changes to services and at times provide a solutions to solve issues or new enhancements.
