Due to AusCheck increasing their costs for background checks, we've unfortunately had to adjust the cost of an MSIC. When does this come in to effect?

What are the new prices?
2 year cards will increase by $20 and 4 year cards will increase by $40. Please see the following table for the new prices:

What about Access, Replacement and Provisional cards?
There is no change to the price of these as they do not require a background check.
What does this mean for you?
If you need to lodge an MSIC application form, then print it now and lodge it immediately to avoid paying the new fee. Any application forms printed after the 15th September will have the new price on it.
What happens if you print a form after the 15th Sept?
You will have to pay the new price.
