1-Stop wishes to advise that some payment notifications are not being sent to parties from the ComPay system. Some of you who have made a payment today through ComPay may not have received the payment advice, and your payee also may not have received the information either.
Please note that whilst the notifications aren’t being sent we can identify that the payment has been made in the ComPay system.
1-Stop are working closely with our banking partners to identify the cause and have it rectified as soon as possible. 1-Stop are also in communication with the Stevedores to provide the best possible solution for you regarding any questions about payment. The will also be broadcasting the advice soon, please await for that notice.
