Terminals will publish instructions for gate processing via the 1-Stop email broadcast service via VBS

REASON:

Data Centre Re-location of EDI/ESB  

SERVICES AFFECTED:

All EDI, RFID, VBS and Email Services to DPW

RFID, VBS & Bulk Run and inbound EDI should be restored by 19:30.  Outbound EDI, ePORTS and email should be restored by 22:30.  Between 19:30 and 22:30 DPW will be receiving PRAs, EIDOs and Customs messages and will be processing these through to terminals, but will not send EDI responses until after 22:30.
